Responsibilities

• Coordinate NERC testing with Compliance Technical Specialists.
• Assist with self-certification under NERC Reliability Standards.
• Provide guidance on compliance tasks at plants.
• Lead causal analysis of plant events and failures.
• Manage projects and oversee capital and O&M work.
• Oversee external engineering firms and start-up support.
• Monitor KPIs and drive action plans.
