Job summary

Quanta Power Solutions is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Site Manager in executing large-scale Combined Cycle Gas Turbine and power generation projects. You will coordinate civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, and I&C activities to ensure safe, quality-driven performance across the project lifecycle.

As a key member of the field team, you will help manage schedules, subcontractors, and turnover milestones, while maintaining thorough documentation, progress reporting,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience.
• At least 3+ years supporting utility-scale power generation, industrial construction, energy infrastructure, or EPC projects.
• Experience supporting construction of large industrial facilities with multiple disciplines and subcontractors.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation systems in power plants.
• Familiarity with combined cycle power plants, gas turbine systems, HRSGs, and related energy infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating site construction activities across all power plant disciplines (civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, I&C).
• Support the Site Manager in overseeing construction of major power generation assets (gas turbines, steam turbines, HRSGs, balance-of-plant, cooling systems).
• Coordinate subcontractors, craft labor, vendors, and field engineering teams to ensure safe, efficient work.
• Help manage project schedules, work sequencing, and turnover milestones for startup/commissioning.
• Monitor progress and ensure compliance with specifications, safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Identify and resolve field issues related to constructability, interfaces, productivity, and schedule impacts.
• Participate in site inspections, progress meetings, turnover walks, punch lists, and commissioning readiness reviews.
