Job summary

Quanta Power Solutions is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support the Site Manager in the successful execution of large-scale CCGT and power generation projects. This role assists in coordinating all phases of field construction, including civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation & controls (I&C), and commissioning activities associated with utility-scale power plants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of construction experience.
• Experience on utility-scale power/ EPC projects.
• Knowledge of power generation facilities.
• Familiarity with combined cycle plants and HRSGs.
• Experience with Procore/Primavera P6/MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site construction across civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, and I&C.
• Assist in managing schedules, turnover milestones, and commissioning readiness.
• Coordinate subcontractors, crafts, vendors, and field teams.
• Monitor progress for safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain project documentation and change records.
• Support workforce planning and site logistics.
