Job summary

Quanta Power Solutions seeks a Site Manager to lead the successful execution of large-scale CCGT power generation projects, serving as senior on-site leader for all field construction activities.

You will oversee safe, efficient construction of gas turbines, HRSGs, steam turbines, and balance-of-plant systems from mobilization to commissioning and turnover, coordinating with clients, OEMs, and contractors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive construction leadership experience.
• Proven experience managing field execution of large EPC projects.
• Experience leading site teams across civil, mechanical, electrical, and I&C scopes.

Responsibilities

• Lead all site construction activities for CCGT projects across civil, structural, mechanical, piping, boiler/HRSG, electrical, I&C and balance-of-plant scopes.
• Act as the on-site primary representative coordinating with clients, engineering teams, OEMs, contractors and commissioning personnel.
• Oversee major plant equipment installation including turbines, HRSGs, steam turbines and transformers.
• Direct scheduling, sequencing, and site logistics to meet milestones and COD.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
• Lead field supervision and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
• Identify and mitigate site risks and implement recovery plans to protect schedule and budget.
• Monitor productivity and progress; ensure turnover documentation quality.
• Support startup, commissioning and turnover with operations and OEM teams.
