Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of power plant or related experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and reliable field operation of the power plant and comply with environmental policies.
• Manage a union workforce and align practices with company procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to address abnormal conditions.
• Maintain a positive team environment and ensure safe, efficient plant operation.
• Resolve operational issues and derates with available resources in a timely manner.
• Track derates and outages, and monitor overall plant performance through DCS.
