Ideal candidates have a mechanical aptitude, good teamwork, and the ability to work on rotating shifts. Strong documentation and communication skills are essential in this high-reliability setting.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Experience in industrial operations preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Start, stop, operate, and monitor engine-generator packages safely.
• Monitor equipment via control system and field inspections.
• Adjust parameters to optimize performance.
• Conduct inspections and document conditions.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and report to supervisor.
• Assist with startups, shutdowns, and planned outages.
• Coordinate with maintenance to isolate equipment.
