Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Four years of experience operating power house equipment in plants with high-pressure boilers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control power house equipment from the control room and on the floor; maintain logs.
• Operate gas engine generators, boilers, pumps and biogas compressors as assigned.
• Make manual adjustments to maintain proper operating levels; collect boiler data for analysis.
• Maintain inventory of boiler chemicals and reagents; place store requisitions.
• Record daily readings, alarms and equipment status; follow safety procedures.
