Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group in Victorville, California, seeks a Plant Manager to direct all Operations and Maintenance at the plant, ensuring safe, efficient operation and compliance with safety, environmental, and power generating requirements.

You will oversee outages, manage staffing, training, and budgets, and ensure proper reporting. Strong leadership and experience in power plants are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Education: BS in engineering or equivalent from an accredited college or university recognized by the USDOE, or equivalent.
• Substitution: relevant work experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.
• 10 years of power plant or similar experience.
• 3 years of supervising technical, supervisory, and administrative personnel.
• Gas turbine experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct O&M activities to ensure safe, efficient operation aligned with client requirements.
• Manage and oversee planned and unplanned outages.
• Implement training and qualification programs for plant personnel.
• Ensure availability of manpower, tools, equipment, and spare parts.
• Oversee preparation of reports, budgets, and environmental compliance records.
• Direct hiring and personnel certification maintenance as required.
