Job summary

EthosEnergy O&M is recruiting for an Operations and Maintenance Technician I at the Edge Moor Facility in Wilmington, DE. The role covers operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a 710 MW power plant with boilers, turbines, and balance-of-plant equipment.

On-shift responsibilities require strict safety compliance and accurate handoffs between shifts. Requirements include 2+ years in power plant maintenance or operations, high school or vocational training, and TWIC credentials

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of power plant maintenance/operations experience.
• High school education or vocational training required.
• Must obtain TWIC credentials within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain plant equipment under supervision.
• Read P&IDs, blueprints, and manuals for operation and repair.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
• Coordinate with shifts and ensure safe turnover.
• Adhere to safety and environmental rules.
