Job summary

EthosEnergy O&M is recruiting for an Operations and Maintenance Technician I at the Edge Moor Facility in Wilmington, DE. The role operates and maintains power plant equipment, including turbines, boilers, and associated systems, on an on-shift basis.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairs, safety compliance, and reporting. Qualifications include two years in power plant maintenance or equivalent education, a valid driver’s license, and TWIC credentials within six months.

Responsibilities

• Perform and assist in operation and maintenance of plant equipment under supervision.
• Follow job descriptions and work instructions; operate control rooms as needed.
• Work alone or in teams and supervise others when required.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards; handle emergency procedures.
• Read P&IDs, blueprints, and manuals for operation, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Work varying shifts, including overtime, to ensure continuous station operation.
