Job summary

EthosEnergy in California seeks a skilled Power Plant Operator/Maintenance Technician to operate, monitor, and maintain a Combined Cycle facility. The role covers mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems, with a strong emphasis on safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient plant performance.

You will work 12-hour rotating shifts, perform inspections, manage water chemistry, operate auxiliary equipment, and coordinate with O&M management on outages and maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• Two to four years related experience and/or training.
• Associates Degree (AA) or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical and instrumentation equipment.
• Perform piping and conduit installation for plant upgrades.
• Read meters and gauges to verify operating conditions.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely repairs and outages.
• Maintain water chemistry and HRSG systems.
• Operate demineralized water system within OEM procedures.
• Follow safety and environmental regulations.
