EthosEnergy Group seeks a skilled power plant technician to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot a multi‑equipment facility on a 12‑hour rotating shift. You will manage demineralizers, turbines, HRSG, water treatment, and CMMS records while upholding safety and environmental standards.

You will read meters, prepare routine reports, and support capital projects, training, and outage planning. Strong knowledge of water chemistry and electrical/mechanical systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates knowledge of all facets of power plant operations.
• Demonstrates the ability to make competent decisions in emergency situations.
• Capable of writing operating procedures, work requests, written records.
• Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
• Demonstrates the ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical one-lines, logic drawings, technical manuals and P&ID's.
• Will write routine reports, solve practical problems, and clearly communicate tasks and needs, and training of other personnel.
• Mechanical, instrumentation and electrical equipment knowledge is required.
• Proficient at Water Chemistry.

Responsabilités

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical and instrumentation equipment.
• Operate demineralizers, compressors, and turbine components.
• Perform inspection of watch (rounds) on each system within the plant.
• Maintains equipment by tightening fittings, replacing valve packing, gaskets, valves, and gauges.
• Reads meters, gauges, or automatic devices to record data for operating conditions.
• Maintains cleanliness and participates in continuous improvement of the facility.
• Assist with capital projects and major programs as assigned by Plant Management.
• Operate and maintain Combined Cycle power generating facility equipment with minimal guidance.
• Identify and resolve CEMS problems and assist in calibrations.
• Manage inventory and perform audits; operate circuit breakers as needed.
• Outage planning and scheduling involvement; assist with procedures and training.
• Perform water chemistry analysis on HRSG, boiler, and cooling systems.
