Job summary

EthosEnergy is seeking a maintenance technician to operate and maintain a power facility on shift. Responsibilities include troubleshooting gas and steam turbine equipment, HRSG, pumps, and auxiliaries while following safety and environmental rules. Work with management to plan outages and improvements.

Candidate will inspect systems, log data, support calibration tasks, and assist with operator training. Relevant experience with water chemistry and plant equipment is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of power plant operations and safety practices.
• Ability to make competent decisions in emergencies.
• Experience writing operating procedures and work requests.

Responsibilities

• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain power plant equipment (gas/steam turbines, generators, HRSG, pumps).
• Perform inspections, calibrations, and data logging (temperature, pressure, vibration).
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and spares.
• Assist with O&M procedures and operator training.
• Maintain water chemistry and demineralized water systems.
• Adhere to safety and environmental regulations.
