CAMS is seeking an Operations and Maintenance Technician for the St Charles Energy Center in Maryland. The role requires supervising shift operations, operating control systems, and ensuring safe, reliable plant performance on a 12-hour shift cycle.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in power plants or equivalent military experience.
• Competent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of computer systems, software, and reading technical manuals/drawings.
• Supervisory skills and ability to work overtime or non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, efficient, reliable operation of plant equipment.
• Operate control room, combustion turbines, and auxiliary equipment.
• Troubleshoot operational problems and input data into systems.
• Monitor data and record on shift logs; follow plant procedures.
