Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. (CECONY) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a skilled team in safe, efficient operation of the E74th Street Complex.

Oversee repair and overhaul of boilers, pumps, motors, and auxiliary equipment while driving resource efficiency and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate combines technical leadership with strong communication and safety focus to keep energy flowing reliably to customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of power plant or merchant shipping experience.
• Experience with boilers, pumps, motors and auxiliary equipment.
• Supervisory experience of 3+ years preferred.
• Strong communication skills and safety compliance knowledge.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform pipe fitting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a maintenance team to ensure safe, reliable plant operation.
• Oversee repair, maintenance, and overhaul of critical systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams, management and union personnel.
• Ensure safe work practices and use of PPE.
• Utilize work management systems (Maximo/Oracle) for scheduling.
