Job summary

Reworld is seeking an Instrumentation, Controls & Electrical Technician to join our SEMASS facility. You will safely perform maintenance, diagnose, install and repair power plant and fuel processing equipment, communicating effectively with teams to solve problems and prioritizing work based on production needs.

You will handle preventative maintenance on CEMS/COMS, read PLC ladder logic, service 4160V to 480V systems, and use ALM to access work orders.

Qualifications

• Three years of industrial plant experience repairing and maintaining high voltage electrical equipment and instrumentation/control systems.
• Must possess a High School diploma and a valid Driver's License, electrical journeyman license or solid technical experience.
• MA 1C/2C/3A Hoisting licenses or ability to quickly obtain them.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance to prevent equipment breakdowns and downtime.
• Respond to changing plant priorities as directed by supervision.
• Use root-cause analysis to investigate breakdowns and stoppages with cross-functional teams.
• Prioritize work to minimize downtime and complete all required documentation in the CMMS.
• Open/close work orders, manage spare parts, and perform maintenance in the plant.
• Repair and maintain industrial machinery, inspect and replace components as needed.
• Read PLC ladder logic and use manuals for clarification; operate ALM for work orders.
