Qualifications

• Related healthcare maintenance experience; 3+ years troubleshooting HVAC/power plant equipment - Required

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain power plant and HVAC systems across the facility.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boilers, chillers, pumps and generators.
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing and building systems to ensure uptime and safety.
• Document work in CMMS and coordinate with facilities team.
