Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Building Systems Technician in Phoenix, AZ to maintain and operate power plant and HVAC systems across facilities. The role requires troubleshooting, inspection, and repair of medical and non-medical equipment, ensuring safe, reliable operations and strong customer service.

The ideal candidate has 3 years of HVAC/power plant maintenance experience, a high school diploma or Vocational training, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in troubleshooting & maintenance of HVAC and power plant equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent with technical training preferred.
• Certifications in refrigeration or electronic controls are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Operates Power Plant systems, HVAC systems and other building systems and equipment.
• Document work completed in the Computerized Maintenance Management System.
• Repairs, installs, maintains, tests and troubleshoots Power Plant, HVAC and other building systems.
• Maintains and repairs equipment using refrigerants and related safety practices.
• Responds to customer requests promptly with professional service.
