Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, seeks an experienced design-build/EPC Project Manager with deep experience in heavy industrial power plants. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, define scope, schedules, and budgets, and manage client relationships through complex project lifecycles.

Responsibilities include budgeting, change management, risk review, coordinating with engineering and construction, preparing reports, and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 13+ years of relevant work experience.
• PMP (PMI), CCM or DBIA certification within 12 months of hire or promotion.

Responsibilities

• Create project definitions, schedules, budgets and objectives.
• Prepare detailed statements of work with work breakdown structures and budgets.
• Manage project costs and profitability; oversee client billings and subcontractor payments.
• Monitor project status, risks, changes and ensure timely communication to stakeholders.
• Coordinate engineering disciplines for code reviews and problem resolution.
• Prepare and distribute contract modifications and closeout/ Lessons Learned meetings.
