The role requires a DC Stationary Engineer's License (3rd Class), a high school diploma or GED, and 5 years of control room experience in power plants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• DC Stationary Engineer's License (3rd Class) required.
• 5 years of power plant control room experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, record, and trend plant control system readings.
• Monitor gas turbine control panels for proper operation.
• Perform plant water chemistry analysis and adjust as needed.
• Operate the plant safely and efficiently per procedures.
• Record abnormalities in the control room log and maintain logs.
• Maintain control room and lockout/tagout records.
• Inspect equipment and report issues beyond routine maintenance.
• Support safety by correcting hazards and overseeing maintenance.
• Perform minor maintenance, outages, and equipment testing.
• Train and support new employees as required.
• Additional duties as assigned.
