Job summary

Qualifications

• Completed High School Diploma required with preferred technical training.
• Experience as an Operator in a power plant is desired, particularly in control rooms.
• Knowledge of combustion/steam turbine operations and hazardous waste management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe operation of all plant equipment during all operational situations.
• Monitor equipment parameters and water chemistry.
• Issue permits for maintenance and safety procedures.
