Reworld Waste, LLC is hiring a Control Room Operator in West Wareham, MA. You will operate steam generation and associated plant systems, interpret readings, and maintain safety through disciplined monitoring and testing.

High pressure boiler experience and MA licensing are required, with a track record of reliable, safe operations. The role emphasizes teamwork, shift readiness, and adherence to procedures while supporting the company’s carbon-negative mission and sustainable waste management

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Second Class Engineer’s license or higher required.
• At least three years’ experience with high pressure boilers and electric generating equipment.
• Alternative: formal technical training with a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Control operation of steam generation, condensate, feed water, turbine/generator systems.
• Read meters, gauges, recorders to determine conditions and act per procedures.
• Adjust temperatures, pressures, and flow for plant optimization.
• Perform surveillance tests and monitor safety checks and operating conditions.
• Maintain logs, report anomalies, and train other operators on plant principles.
