Responsibilities

• Audit daily plant performance metrics and identify deviations.
• Lead weekly production meetings focused on performance optimization.
• Develop and manage Production Action Items list.
• Optimize combustion processes and control systems for efficiency and compliance.
• Oversee engineering modifications and full lifecycle of projects.
