Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 2+ years equivalent chemistry/science experience.
• 2+ years in supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise technicians to maintain chemical and environmental compliance.
• Analyze chemistry data and coach staff to stay compliant.
• Budget and cost control for expenditures and corrective actions.
• Administer inspections, calibrations, and safety measures.
• Identify needs, plan and assign preventative maintenance tasks.
• Initiate capital and O&M projects and communicate issues to the team.
