NiSource Inc. West Terre Haute plant is seeking a Chemical/Wastewater Treatment Plant Supervisor to direct technicians and ensure chemical and environmental compliance for boiler water and environmental chemistry.

You will supervise hourly staff, document performance, analyze plant chemistry data, and lead corrective actions to maintain compliance. The role includes budgeting, safety oversight, and coordinating maintenance and outage work, with emphasis on meeting QA/QC and OSHA standards while

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years equivalent college chemistry/science experience.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in a chemical/environmental context.
• Familiarity with plant chemicals, QA/QC, and safety standards is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Direct and support technicians to ensure chemical and environmental compliance for boiler water and environmental chemistry.
• Organize workforce, plan daily and outage work, and verify completion.
• Budgeting and cost control for expenditures and safety decisions in the plant.
