Job summary

AMD is seeking a Power and Performance Attainment and Feature Enablement Lead in Austin, TX. The role requires guiding PnP workstreams from planning through end of life, balancing technical breadth with collaborative leadership.

You will drive power/attainment objectives with Architects, develop HW/SW power management strategies, and deliver performance improvements while mentoring teams and interfacing with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive cross-functional technical decisions.
• Experience in power and performance trade-offs at system level.
• Familiarity with CPU/GPU/memory power domains and thermals.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to achieve power/attainment and performance goals for Client products.
• Define features with System and SoC Architects to reach power/performance targets.
• Develop methodologies to optimize HW and SW power management across use cases.
• Provide advisory data to customers on power and performance strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional leadership to integrate deliverables across programs.
• Ensure PMM features are enabled from design through silicon validation and firmware integration.
