Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of power delivery architecture and design for SoC/CPU/GPU/AI products.
• Strong PDN design, control loop theory, power integrity, EMI, and thermal management knowledge.
• Experience in startup or fast-paced prototype-driven R&D environments.
• Track record of building or scaling engineering teams on complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the hardware design engineering team in Austin.
• Drive end-to-end hardware platform development, including power electronics and high-speed interfaces.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Procurement and Software to define product requirements and roadmaps.
• Ensure on-time delivery of complex hardware products with a focus on safety, reliability, and quality.
