Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong analytical capabilities.
• Thrives under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience trading in North American wholesale power markets, financial or physical.
• Working knowledge of major markets (PJM, ERCOT, MISO).
• Strong SQL and Python skills are a significant asset.
• English fluency in speaking and writing.
• Willingness to travel for training and knowledge sharing.
