Job summary

ExxonMobil in Spring, Texas seeks an experienced professional to establish, improve, and sustain the processes, data, controls, and governance required to support ExxonMobil's North American Power Trading business. You will possess a broad understanding of scheduling, settlements, billing, and market operations within North American ISOs, specifically ERCOT, MISO, and PJM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a numerate subject (Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or Finance).
• 5+ years in North American power markets, trading operations, scheduling, settlements, risk management, market operations or enablement.
• Strong knowledge of ERCOT, MISO and PJM market structures, products and settlement processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continually improve end-to-end business processes supporting North American power trading activities.
• Ensure process integrity by monitoring workflows, identifying gaps, and driving sustainable solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for trading teams regarding process, system and data for commercial operations.
• Lead change management for new systems, processes, and operating models.
