Job summary

ExxonMobil is seeking a Manager of Power Market Regulatory Compliance to own and operate AGPT's regulatory program across ISOs and state authorities, ensuring compliance with market, reporting, and certification requirements.

The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, including filings, governance, and risk monitoring to support trading and site operations across upstream and downstream assets.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of experience in energy regulatory compliance or related functions.
• Working knowledge of ERCOT, PUCT, and FERC regulatory requirements.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written communication, documentation, and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead AGPT's PUCT Power Marketer certification and maintain ongoing certification requirements.
• Own AGPT's ERCOT, PUCT, and FERC compliance programs, ensuring all regulatory obligations are completed accurately, timely, and documented.
• Serve as the primary internal point of contact for regulatory matters and coordinate with counsel on compliance issues.
