Vertiv is seeking a Strategy & Business Excellence Leader for the Power Management RBU in the Americas. You will own strategic planning, KPI management, and governance, partnering with Sales, Product, Operations, and Finance to align strategy with execution across the region.

You will build and run the organizational operating system, develop KPI dashboards in Power BI, and drive NPDI governance and reporting improvements to enable data‑driven decisions at the executive level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Operations Management, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in strategy, business operations, business excellence, operational excellence, or management consulting within industrial, manufacturing, or technology companies.
• Demonstrated experience building business operating systems: planning cadences, KPI frameworks, review structures, governance models.
• Strong expertise in strategic planning frameworks, competitive analysis methods, and business performance management.
• Hands‑on proficiency with Power BI or equivalent BI/ analytics platforms.
• Experience preparing and facilitating executive‑level business reviews and cross‑functional interlock sessions.
• Proven ability to develop and implement KPI‑driven management systems that support accountability, execution discipline, and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Own and run strategic planning and intelligence for the Americas RBU, translating strategy into regional priorities, milestones, and resource plans.
• Gather and distribute competitive and market intelligence to inform go‑to‑market decisions and portfolio positioning.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews with data packages and action follow‑through.
• Build KPI dashboards using Power BI and automate reporting to improve timeliness and accuracy.
• Drive NPDI governance visibility and cross‑functional interlocks across the product portfolio.
• Identify and lead process improvements to reduce cycle times and waste across RBU workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Supply Chain to drive performance.
