Qualifications

• Completion of a Journeyman Level Power Lineman Technician program or equivalent training.
• NCCER Core certification within 90 days of hire.
• OSHA certification within 90 days of hire.
• Five years of experience as a Power Lineman Technician.
• Active, unencumbered Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Conduces theoretical and technical training classes for electrical linework using established materials.
• Provides hands-on training in labs and yards for advanced linework applications.
• Prepares course syllabi and instructional materials for students.
• Maintains a safe classroom/lab environment and enforces applicable regulations.
• Evaluates student progress and documents attendance and completions.
• Stays current with industry trends and continuing education requirements.
