Job summary

Michels Power, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Project Manager for heavy industrial projects in power generation, Midstream, and related sectors.

This role leads complex electrical construction initiatives from bidding through closeout, coordinating field teams, subcontractors, and engineering groups. The ideal candidate has 4–7+ years of PM experience in industrial electrical projects, with strong scheduling, budgeting, and safety leadership.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of experience in construction project management (industrial, Midstream, power generation).
• Experience with project management and scheduling software (Primavera P6, Unifier).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and cost tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through estimating, bidding, execution, and closeout phases.
• Manage industrial electrical scopes including MV/LV systems and switchgear.
• Ensure safety, on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
