Job summary

Michels Power, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Project Manager for heavy industrial, midstream and power generation projects.

You will lead major phases or multiple mid-sized projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, safety, quality and client satisfaction from bidding through closeout. Ideal candidates have 4–7+ years in industrial electrical project management, strong scheduling skills with Primavera P6 or Unifier, and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years in construction project management for heavy industrial projects.
• Experience with Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through estimating, bidding, execution, and closeout phases.
• Manage industrial electrical scopes and equipment installation.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and field operations.
• Ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Develop client and stakeholder relationships.
