Job summary

VASA Fitness is hiring a Studio Red Coach to deliver high-energy HIIT workouts and provide an exceptional member experience. You will set up the room, greet members, demonstrate exercises with modifications, and keep safety as a priority while maintaining a positive, motivating environment.

Ideal candidates have group fitness experience, current certifications, and a passion for helping others achieve their goals in a fun, inclusive studio setting.

Qualifications

• Year of experience personal training, small group training and/or group fitness training.
• NCCA-accredited Personal Training or Group Fitness Certification.
• Current CPR/ AED Certification.

Responsibilities

• Be punctual and prepared, greeting members at the door to start class on time.
• Safely demonstrate exercises with correct form and provide modifications.
• Be approachable, professional, enthusiastic, and engaging.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to member needs and concerns.
• Lead and motivate members throughout the workouts.
• Recommend relevant VASA Fitness products and amenities meeting members' needs.
• Encourage non-STUDIO members to attend STUDIO RED classes to grow membership.
