Job summary

VASA Fitness is seeking a STUDIO RED Coach responsible for delivering high-energy, HIIT-based workouts and ensuring an exceptional member experience. You will demonstrate exercises safely, motivate participants, and promote studio products and amenities while maintaining a friendly, inclusive atmosphere.

The role requires a solid background in personal or group fitness training, current CPR/AED certification, and a passion for helping others achieve their goals.

Qualifications

• Year of experience in personal, small group or group fitness training.
• NCCA-accredited certification required for PT or group fitness.
• Current CPR/AED certification required.
• Experience leading, coaching, teaching, or facilitating a group of people.
• General knowledge of kinesiology, exercise science, fitness.

Responsibilities

• Be punctual and prepared; greet members and start class on time.
• Demonstrate exercises safely with modifications and proper form.
• Be approachable, energetic, and engaging with participants.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing member needs and concerns.
• Actively engage in class; coach and motivate throughout the workout.
