Job summary

VASA Fitness seeks a Studio Red Coach to deliver energetic HIIT workouts and provide exceptional member experiences. You will greet members, ensure room setup, demonstrate exercises with proper form, and motivate participants throughout the class.

The role emphasizes safety, engagement, and promoting VASA products and services. The position requires a NCCA-accredited PT/Group Fitness certification, CPR/AED, and experience coaching groups.

Qualifications

• NCCA-accredited Personal Training or Group Fitness Certification required.
• Current CPR/AED certification required.
• Experience leading, coaching, or teaching a group of people.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and set up the room to start class on time.
• Demonstrate exercises with safe form and provide modifications as needed.
• Be engaging, energetic, and professional throughout the workout.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to member needs.
