Job summary

VASA Fitness in Lafayette, Colorado is seeking a Studio Red Coach to lead high-energy HIIT classes and deliver an exceptional member experience. You will demonstrate exercises with modifications, ensure safety, and keep participants engaged throughout the workout.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of group fitness or personal training, an NCCA-certified credential, CPR/AED, and strong communication skills. You’ll promote studio products and contribute to a welcoming, results-driven community at a

Qualifications

• Year of experience personal training, small group training and/or group fitness training.
• NCCA-accredited Personal Training or Group Fitness Certification.
• Current CPR/AED Certification.
• Experience in leading, communicating, coaching, teaching, or facilitating a group.
• General knowledge of kinesiology and exercise science.

Responsibilities

• Be punctual and prepared for class with room set up and members greeted on time.
• Safely demonstrate exercises with modifications and correct form.
• Be approachable, professional, enthusiastic, and engaging.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to member needs.
• Move around the room, coach, and motivate during the entire workout.
• Recommend relevant VASA Fitness products and amenities to meet members’ needs.
• Invite non-member attendees to affiliated STUDIO RED classes.
• Coach individuals at their fitness levels and provide modifications.
• Monitor effort and encourage participants using Myzone.
• Maintain safety through post-class cleaning and organization.
• Engage with social media to promote STUDIO RED classes.
