Job summary

VASA Fitness is seeking STUDIO RED Coaches to deliver high-energy HIIT workouts and create an exceptional member experience. You will guide and motivate members, demonstrate exercises with proper form, and promote STUDIO RED classes within our welcoming community.

Ideal candidates are experienced in personal or group fitness, certified (NCCA), CPR/AED certified, and able to engage with members with upbeat energy.

Qualifications

• Year of experience in personal, small group, or group fitness training.
• NCCA-accredited Personal Training or Group Fitness Certification.
• Current CPR/AED Certification.
• Experience leading, communicating, coaching a group of people.
• Knowledge of kinesiology and exercise science.
• Passionate about fitness and helping others reach goals.
• Willingness to travel locally for support or training.

Responsibilities

• Be punctual and greet members at the door to start class on time (Studio Red).
• Safely and accurately demonstrate exercises with modifications and correct form.
• Be approachable, professional, enthusiastic, and engaging.
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to member needs and concerns.
• Lead, coach, and motivate members throughout the workout.
• Encourage STUDIO RED attendance and promote VASA products and amenities.
