Job summary

1898 & Co. is seeking a Project Delivery Manager to lead an execution team across Transmission Planning & Power Systems Analysis and Grid Modernization & Distribution Planning in the New England region.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality consulting services to utility clients and supporting project excellence. You will work with managing directors to ensure staff development, project alignment with company goals, and strong stakeholder communication while driving strategic execution and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience required.
Previous leadership and/or management experience is preferable.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to present complex information.
Strong change management, strategic perspective, and project management skills.
Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership to a team of consultants and analysts.
Ensure project excellence, staff development, and alignment with company goals.
Coordinate workload and staffing to meet project requirements and billable targets.
Lead QA/QC efforts and ensure compliance with safety policies.
Collaborate with project managers and directors to secure new work.
