Job summary

1898 & Co. is seeking a Project Delivery Manager in the US Northeast to lead an execution team within Transmission Planning & Power Systems Analysis and Grid Modernization & Distribution Planning.

You will drive project excellence, staff development, and client support for utility projects and grid modernization initiatives. Responsibilities include leadership, resource management, QA/QC, and collaboration with directors to meet financial targets and secure new work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related leadership experience.
• Experience leading consulting teams.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence and lead change.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to a team of consultants and analysts.
• Ensure project excellence, staff development, and alignment with goals.
