Job summary

Paragon Technologies, Inc. in Dallas, TX, is seeking a driven sales professional to manage the overall relationship with customers in the power generation industry and maximize sales within your assigned territory.

This role offers the chance to represent a leading company in the industry and to build a strong regional sales presence through proactive account management, strategic territory development, and collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2-year technical degree or better is preferred OR education and training in industrial technology, mechanics or related field OR equivalent work experience
• Fluid Power Certification is preferred, but not required
• 2+ years of increasing sales experience, with at least 1 years in industrial sales
• Experience in the sales of service & repair of gas and steam turbine actuator rebuilds is preferred
• Experience with rebuilding and repair of hydraulic equipment of both mobile and industrial machinery is a plus
• Must have clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
• Computer proficiency is required
• Must have a valid driver's licenseOvernight travel may be required
