Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assigns work within facilities and at remote field locations, aiding technicians in prioritizing service.
• Coordinates contact with technicians to support parts availability and schedules.
• Interacts with customers and Product Support leadership regarding service status.
• Conduct annual performance reviews for the operational unit.
• Investigate and document events of work-related injuries and property damages.
• Maintain staff schedules and time records.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to service.
• Perform other duties to support operations and business continuity.
