Responsibilities

• Lead the technical development of proposals from initial review through final submission.
• Analyze customer specifications and define project scope to ensure complete and accurate proposals.
• Develop technical documentation, data sheets, and supporting engineering information.
• Participate in site visits, pre-bid meetings, and project walk-downs to gather key technical requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain technical information and pricing.
• Develop and maintain project cost estimates and proposal budgets; present recommendations during bid reviews.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality proposals on schedule.
