Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in power generation, EPC, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of combined cycle plant systems and engineering principles.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all technical proposal activities from RFP through contract award.
• Develop and manage proposal strategy, schedules, and milestones.
• Act as single point of contact for all technical proposal activities.
