Pro Staff is seeking an experienced Project Engineer for power generation projects in Marlborough, MA. You will provide technical leadership from design through commissioning on complex power initiatives for critical infrastructure clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Experience on power generation, utility, fossil fuel, or large industrial energy projects.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and contractors.
• Strong understanding of design, construction support, and project execution.
• Experience working with customers, consultants, equipment suppliers, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering activities for power generation and utility infrastructure projects.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between clients, contractors, engineering teams, designers, and suppliers.
• Coordinate engineering deliverables, RFQs, technical documentation, commissioning plans, and project reports.
• Ensure compliance with codes, specifications, contract requirements, and industry standards.
• Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation with Project Management.
• Manage engineering schedules, deliverables, subcontractors, and technical project risks.
• Monitor project documentation, RFIs, NCRs, and document management systems.
• Conduct technical meetings and provide leadership throughout project execution.
• Develop strong client relationships while ensuring technical solutions meet customer expectations.
