DLB Associates is expanding its power engineering practice and seeks a Power Engineering Manager to lead, grow, and manage substation, BESS, microgrid, and grid integration services across utility, renewable, data center, and industrial markets.

The role centers on technical delivery, quality, team leadership, and business development, with strategic responsibilities and strong emphasis on engineering standards and practice development.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership of power engineering teams and practice growth.
• Deep knowledge of substation design (AIS/GIS) and grid integration.
• Experience with BESS, interconnection, protection & control, and utility standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead power engineering team across substation, BESS, and grid integration.
• Provide technical direction, mentorship, and quality oversight on projects.
• Lead business development and client relationships for power engineering services.
• Oversee resource planning, scheduling, and project delivery with EOR accountability.
