The Growth Leader, Power Generation, will win and deliver energy market projects nationwide, strengthening client relationships and expanding Stanley Consultants’ Power Generation services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in the energy industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead Power Generation EPC project development across combustion turbine simple cycle, combined cycle and reciprocating engine projects.
• Develop FEED studies, technical advisory, and analysis engagements.
• Grow existing client relationships and identify new clients for Stanley Consultants nationwide.
• Provide leadership in capture planning, strategy, pursuit and proposal activities with a team of direct reports.
• Mentor and grow the energy team, focusing on Power Generation services.
• Participate in strategy development, market trends, and contract negotiations.
• Communicate internally and report on new business sales pipeline and opportunities.
• Travel as required.
