Job summary

Beusa Energy Group seeks a Relocation and Field Service Manager to lead power generation support across a region, coordinating field teams and shop activities for all assets. You will work closely with the Shop Manager and Regional Managers to assign teams for maintenance efforts in both shop and field environments.

The role requires knowledge of power generation equipment maintenance, strong communication skills, and experience with safety training.

Qualifications

• Power Generation equipment maintenance knowledge.
• HS diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams across field service and shop for power generation assets.
• Ensure training and progression plans for growth and safety compliance.
• Coordinate proactive maintenance and deployment to job sites.
• Develop internal work processes and operating procedures.
