Job summary

WSB is a design and consulting firm seeking a Civil Engineer with a PE license to lead and coordinate power generation and related projects. You will design, plan, and deliver for public and private clients, while mentoring junior staff.

The role emphasizes project management, technical excellence, and collaboration across disciplines inside an office setting with on-site work as needed and travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required; Master’s preferred or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 4–8+ years of progressive engineering experience in A/E/C, including project management.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design of projects and deliver high-impact solutions for clients.
• Monitor progress, delegate tasks, and manage deliverables to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to produce client-focused results.
• Perform design tasks including 3D modeling, calculations, cost estimates, and plan development.
• Contribute to proposals, project budgets, schedules, and client communications.
